This Privacy Policy describes how CliqStack, LLC ("CliqStack," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information submitted through CliqStack AI (cliqstackai.com) and any related sites or services we operate, including mobile phone information and SMS consent.

Mobile Messaging and SMS Consent

Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described below and are not disclosed to any third party.

CliqStack may collect information you provide directly through contact forms, intake or discovery questionnaires, booking and scheduling tools, newsletter signups, client onboarding, and other interactive features on our site.

That information may include your name, email address, phone number, business or company details, website and platform details, general location, and anything else you choose to submit.

We may also collect basic technical data automatically, such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring source, through standard analytics tools.

How Information Is Used

Information you submit may be used to respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver consultations, provide the services you requested, set up and support the systems we build for you, process payments, send communications you asked to receive, improve our website and offerings, and handle routine internal operations.

Sharing and Disclosure

CliqStack may share information with team members, contractors, and service providers who help us operate the business, only to the extent needed to deliver the services described here. These include:

• HighLevel (GoHighLevel) — the platform our CliqStack CRM is built on, used for contact records, messaging, scheduling, and automation.

• Stripe — our payment processor. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe; CliqStack does not store full payment card numbers.

• Hosting, email, and infrastructure vendors, and standard website analytics providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect our rights, our clients, or the security of our systems.

CliqStack does not sell personal information. We do not sell mobile information or SMS opt-in consent data, and we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Retention and Security

CliqStack uses commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information you submit and keeps it only as long as needed for legitimate business, contractual, legal, security, or operational purposes.

No online service can promise absolute security, but we work to restrict access to submitted information to the people and systems that need it for the purposes described in this policy.

Your Choices

You can decline to provide optional information, including SMS consent. If you receive text messages from CliqStack, reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message. You may also contact us to ask about the information we hold, request corrections or deletion, or update your communication preferences.

In the past 12 months, CliqStack has collected identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), commercial information (services purchased or inquired about), internet activity (site usage and analytics data), and professional or business information. We collect these from you directly and through automated tools on our site, and disclose them to the service providers listed above for business purposes.

CliqStack does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

To exercise a right, email trust@cliqstack.com with your request. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide against our records and will respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where allowed. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are directed to businesses and adults, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
